Clomid has few side effects and these occur infrequently. 5% or so of women who take Clomid experience hot flashes and some develop ovarian cysts. The cysts are not dangerous and usually disappear once the treatment is stopped. Miscarriage, however, does seem to occur more frequently in pregnancies conceived as a result of clomid therapy. Talk to your doctor as he is the best judge of your medical condition. If still unsatisfied you certainly can get a second opinion from a another qualified doctor...Good luck..!!
