I have been experiencing severe cramping in the lower abdomen and in my lower back, also my last menstral cycle lasted 18 days with moderate to heavy bleeding. I was incapacitated by the cramping for about 4 days. I am 42 years old and have had difficult periods for many years but this is the oddest thing that has happened since I gave birth to my first child 21 years ago. Any suggestions?
